About Pierre-Joseph van Beneden
Pierre-Joseph Van Beneden FRS FRSE FGS FZS was a Belgian zoologist and paleontologist. He is credited with introducing the terms "mutualism" and "commensalism" into biology in 1875 and 1876 respectively.
